Hi Reader!

Father's Day is just a couple days away!

If you need some ideas of what to cook a special Father in your life, check out these great gluten free grilling recipes.

There's chicken, steak, and seafood options to satisfy any dad's appetite.

Asian Inspired Flank Steak (GF, DF) - This marinade for this steak is made with tamari, red wine, and other flavors, and perfect for a tougher cut of beef like flank steak. A simple dinner recipe for a hot summer night!

*NEW* Traeger Grilled Salmon (GF) - If your dad is a fan of salmon, this recipe is a fantastic option for Father's Day. It has a wonderful sauce made with butter, garlic, & fresh herbs, among other things, which gives a great flavor to the dish.

Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs (GF, DF, Paleo, Whole30) - Use the quick marinade in this recipe to get some delicious chicken skewers that are a healthier version of your typical teriyaki.

Easy Grilled Shrimp (GF, DF, Paleo, Whole30) - If you're pressed for time on Father's Day, try this grilled shrimp recipe. Using a simple seasoning, these shrimp skewers cook up in minutes on your gas grill and are perfect for tacos, a salad, or on top of zucchini noodles.

Dry Rubbed Flank Steak (GF, DF) - This steak recipe is perfect for anyone who's a "meat and potatoes" person. The seasoning goes on as a rub, then add some oil and fire it up on the grill.

If you make one of these recipes for Father's Day and enjoy it, please be sure and leave your comments with a five star review on the website!

I love hearing about the recipes you make and it helps other people find my recipes when you leave a review.

Happy grilling!
Taryn

Hi Reader, If you don't know, I've been a grilling machine for several years. But I didn't start out that way. When I began I was unsure of how the heck to grill without completely ruining my meat. It seemed like I just couldn't get it right - things were either pink in the middle (when they weren't supposed to be) or way overdone. Until I changed how I was thinking. I was used to cooking recipes for a certain amount of TIME. I had to start cooking recipes to a certain TEMPERATURE. Once I...

Hi Reader! This week we're talking about one of my favorite cuts of meat - ground beef. It's relatively cheap, it's easy to cook, and it's easy to flavor. Today I've got five ground beef recipes that my family returns to over and over again. Consider adding one (or more) to your meal plan for the weekend or next week - including one that you might want to save for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day. Check them out and see which recipes you like best! 5 Family Favorite Ground Beef Dinners Ground...

And I realized potatoes are kind of our fall-back starch. They're cheap, they're easy to cook, and they'll take on pretty much whatever flavor you want to give them. Even sweet potatoes can be both sweet and savory! If you're on the potato bandwagon like we are, here are 5 recipes for you to try, which showcase...
